We invite you to share your view on the Draft Creative Holdfast: Arts & Culture Strategy 2019- 2024.
The
Draft 'Creative Holdfast: Arts & Culture Strategy 2019-2024' is now available for your feedback. The draft Creative Holdfast was created in consultation with residents and businesses, creative practitioners, community arts groups, organisations and industry leaders.

The draft Creative Holdfast builds on our existing strengths, identifies gaps and leverages emerging opportunities across all areas of Council and among the community.

Based on our community engagement, six strategic themes are proposed :

  • CREATE,
  • EXPERIENCE,
  • CELEBRATE,
  • GROW,
  • FORM
  • and CONNECT

Each with a list of associated objectives and actions.

We would like to thank all those that contributed to the draft Creative Holdfast over the past few months and we now look forward to your feedback.

Next steps:

1. Review the Draft Creative Holdfast: Arts & Culture Strategy 2019- 2024.

2. Provide feedback by completing the feedback form.

This 18 day engagement opens on Friday 5 April and closes 5pm Monday 22 April 2019.

    Hello,

    Council have a Community Donations Program that offer two grant funding categories for Arts & Culture Development Projects.

    The funding is for exhibitions, performances, multi-media projects, multicultural projects or programs and public arts initiatives. The next funding round will open in July 2019.
