Your view: Open Space and Public Realm Strategy - 2018 Review

Consultation has concluded

What does open space mean for you? What open space do you use and value most? What do you think your future needs may be?

Go to Map The current Open Space and Public Realm Strategy (4 volumes) was developed in 2012 to apply for a ten year period. It is a comprehensive approach to developing open space and public realm in the City of Holdfast Bay.

The strategy is over halfway through its implementation period and the progress of the plan is being reviewed and updates identified in key areas with new trends and new information obtained from this round of review and community engagement.

Better understanding the use of our existing open spaces and engaging with the community about future open space requirements will enable us to deliver the greatest benefit to the community.

Adding to our community understanding of our open spaces types and locations supports Our Place 2030 Strategic Plan objectives around Community and Placemaking, and will integrate with future plans for housing and movement in the council area.

This engagement is open from Tuesday 20 March to 5pm 17 April 2018
